The Mobile Digital Arts & Creativity Summit 2016 kicks off with a free exhibition, live iPad painting, music and refreshments on Friday, Aug. 12, 5:30-8 p.m. at the Palo Alto Art Center, 1313 Newell Road.
The rest of the summit — featuring workshops and master classes on topics including how to create digital art using a range of platforms and techniques and a live music/app/art interactive event by Sight & Sound — will take place on Aug. 13 and 14, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $299 per two-day pass.
