Hot dog! Or is that haute dog? Dress up Fluffy and Fido and parade them down the red carpet at Town & Country Village’s “Strut Your Mutt Spring Fashion Show Contest” on Saturday, May 14.
All participants will win a doggy “swag bag” and prizes will be awarded to the most fashionable of canines. Best of all, the $20 entrance fee goes to benefit Friends of the Palo Alto Animal Shelter. The event is 1-2 p.m. in the courtyard by Kara’s Cupcakes at Town & Country Village, 855 El Camino Real, Palo Alto. It’s part of Pet-A-Palooza, a day of free doggone fun, including a pet psychic, pet sketch artist, pet photos, CPR demos, Palo Alto PD K-9 Unit agility demos, pet resources, pet adoptions and more.
