A preview of Palo Alto government meetings for the week of Feb. 1.
CITY COUNCIL … The council plans to hold a study session on trends in arts and culture; consider an ordinance relating to basement-construction dewatering; approve the second phase of the Residential Preferential Parking program; approve a 25-year lease agreement between the city and the Museum of American Heritage; and adopt an emergency ordinance prohibiting cultivation and delivery of medical marijuana. COUNCIL FINANCE COMMITTEE … The committee will discuss the cost-of-service study for planning fees and consider a schedule for implementation of fee increases and adjustments.
