East Palo Alto police said an argument led to a shooting that injured a 29-year-old Livermore resident in East Palo Alto on Friday, Dec. 19.

Police were called at 1:33 a.m. regarding a report of a shooting at 1805 East Bayshore Road, according to a police department press release

The suspect and victim were in a verbal argument when the suspect allegedly shot the victim in the upper torso. The victim is currently being treated at a local hospital and is in critical but stable condition.
