CITY COUNCIL … The council plans to meet in a closed session to discuss the status of the city’s labor negotiations with the management and professional group and with the Palo Alto Police Officers Association. The council will then consider an ordinance to create a business registry; reject construction bids for the Palo Alto Municipal Golf Course reconfiguration; and approve a new contract for street-sweeping services.
