Sebastian Bosch scored twice and added an assist and the Menlo College men’s soccer team beat Oregon Tech, 6-0, Monday in a nonconference match at Simpson University in Redding.

David Beary scored one goal and recorded two assists for the Oaks, who salvaged a split of their season opening weekend.

Menlo travels to NCAA Division II UC Santa Cruz for a nonconference match Friday.

Yohan Mejia, Jonny Ensch and Connor Buckley also scored for the Oaks, who finished 10-4-3 overall last season.

Menlo outshot the Owls, 28-8, and had a 10-3 advantage in corner kicks. Goalkeepers Armando Median and Nathan Bachand combined for the shutout.
