PUBLIC AGENDA: Byxbee Park future use; rebate plan for gas utilities customers

CITY COUNCIL ... The council plans to appoint members to the Utilities Advisory Commission, the Planning and Transportation Commission and the Human Relations Commission. The council then plans to approve a contract with Flock Safety for automated license plate recognition technology; consider whether to re-dedicate a 10-acre site next to Byxbee Park as parkland; and hear an update about federal and state legislation. ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD ... The board plans to discuss its work plan, consider Sobrato Organization's proposed development at 3200 Park Blvd.; and consider landscaping changes at a previously approved development at 3300 El Camino Real. The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 6, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 250 Hamilton Ave. View the full agenda at cityofpaloalto.org.
