A complete list of home sales on the Midpeninsula, where Los Altos Hills recorded the highest sale at $11,650,000 for a recently constructed five-bedroom contemporary home with views of the bay and mountains.

Home sales are provided by California REsource, a real estate information company that obtains the information from the County Recorder's Office. Information is recorded from deeds after the close of escrow and published within four to eight weeks.
