Palo Alto Art Center holds Family Day

Build a replica Palo Alto and more at free art event

A family-friendly, free event with hands-on art projects, performances and a scavenger hunt will be held Sunday, Aug. 25, 2-4:30 p.m. at the Palo Alto Art Center, 1313 Newell Road. The special outdoor activity? Building a cardboard replica of Palo Alto, celebrating the city's 125th anniversary, in collaboration with the City of Palo Alto Libraries.
