Documents released by the city of Palo Alto reveal how developer AJ Capital has been lobbying the city to change zoning laws and using the tenants of President Hotel Apartments in downtown Palo Alto as leverage. Palo Alto Weekly journalists Jocelyn Dong, Linda Taaffe and Gennady Sheyner discuss the issue on this week's show.
