Rengstorff House's annual August Arts and Music Festival will kick off this weekend (Aug. 7) with live music on the north lawn: The Prowlers play at 10 a.m. and Bobby Love and Sugar Sweet will start at 1 p.m.

Shoreline Lake's American Bistro will be onsite offering barbecue and pastries and a variety of food trucks will also be serving refreshments.

Throughout August, artwork from students of the Community School of Music and Arts will be on exhibit during tour hours: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays 1-4 p.m. Rengstorff House is located at 3070 N. Shoreline Blvd., Mountain View.
