It's your last chance to see Lowly Worm, Huckle Cat and more of your favorite Richard Scarry characters portrayed live on stage by local youth in “Busytown the Musical" at the Palo Alto Children's Theatre. Part of the 2016 Summer Hot Dog Season, the show runs through July 31 with one-hour performances starting at 6:30 p.m. (seating in the Secret Garden begins at 5:45 p.m.). The play is performed outdoors and families are encouraged to wear layers in case of chilly temperatures, sit on a blanket, and either bring a picnic or browse the concessions on offer from Opa - Authentic Greek Cuisine. Tickets are $12-$14. The Children's Theatre is located at Lucie Stern Community Center, 1305 Middlefield Road; Palo Alto. Go to City of Palo Alto.
