CITY COUNCIL … The council is on break until Aug. 14.
PLANNING AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION … The commission plans to hold a study session on secondary-dwelling units; and a public hearing to consider a draft ordinance updating the city’s below-market-rate program and adopting new affordable-housing impact fees for new developments.
