Learn to recreate the flavors of Thai cuisine at home

Ready to spice things up? Learn how to make Thai dishes like chicken curry and saku peiak (tapioca pudding) during a free cooking demonstration for adults at the Menlo Park Library on Saturday, March 26.

The class starts at 10:30 a.m. in the downstairs program room at the library, located at 800 Alma St.

Natty Netsuwan of ThaiTable.com will demonstrate how to make Massaman curry paste, a chicken curry and a delicious dessert.

You'll be able to taste your creations after the class.

No reservations are needed, but space is limited. For more information, visit menlopark.org.
