Flamenco show shares dance and culture


Flamenco dancers will be accompanied by legendary pure flamenco singer Jose Mendez and virtuoso flamenco guitar playing and cheerful percussion during a soulful performance at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts on Saturday, March 26, 7:30-9 p.m.

The show, which is presented by the Flamenco Society of San Jose, will highlight the passionate and seductive art form of flamenco.

Cost varies and ticket prices include a $3 facility-use fee. For more information, visit mountainview.gov.

The Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts is located at 500 Castro St.
