Steins Beer Garden celebrates anniversary


A barbecue pig roast and craft beers are on tap at Steins Beer Garden in downtown Mountain View on Saturday, March 19, for its three-year anniversary.

The all-day celebration will feature a roast of three choices of meat: ribs, roast pig and beer brat sausage, accompanied by a few side dishes. The special barbecue plate will be available throughout the restaurant, including in the dining hall and outside in the beer garden.

Steins will be pouring specialty craft beers, including Tap It Cafe Noir, Allagash St Klippensteins, Anchor Brewing Our Barrel Ale, AleSmith Hawaiian Speedway Stout, To ol F**k Art Let's Dance w/ Gooseberries, Omnipollo Abrahadabra, Almanac Peche de Brettaville, The Bruery White Oak, Evil Twin Even More Jesus, De Proef / Hair of the Dog Fred's Sour Ale, Midnight Sun Bar Fly and Lagunitas HIghwestified 2016.

The restaurant will also be announcing the winner of its second annual home brew contest at 8 p.m. The contest took place last weekend.
