Rain washes out Stanford women's tennis and softball


Friday's women's tennis match between No. 20 Stanford and No. 43 USC has been postponed due to rain.

The Cardinal and Trojans will attempt to make up the contest on Sunday at 11 a.m.

Additionally, Stanford's match against No. 25 UCLA on Saturday has been moved up one hour to 11 a.m. with rain in the forecast for later in the afternoon.

Stanford (6-3, 1-1 Pac-12) is slated to play its next seven matches at home.


Stanford's game against Tulsa on Friday has been canceled due to rain.

The second game of the Louisville Slugger Classic featuring Cal Poly and Florida State has also been canceled.
