CITY COUNCIL ... The council plans to review the assessment results of the Enterprise Resource Planning System; consider ordinances that would regulate hazardous materials near residential zones and amortize the nonconforming uses at Communications & Power Industries; and consider an agreement with Empowerment Institute on the Cool Block Small Pilot Program.
