Twenty-four hours of dance, music — and philanthropy


Put on your dancing shoes and be prepare to dance for 24 hours straight during the Stanford Dance Marathon on Saturday, Feb. 6, at the Arrillaga Alumni Center, 326 Galvez St. Stanford.

The dance party, which starts at midnight Saturday and will go on until midnight Sunday, Feb. 7, will feature speakers, activities and performances by dance and musical groups from parts of Stanford campus and beyond.

Stanford Dance Marathon is Stanford's largest student-run philanthropic event. Money raised from the dance party will go to Partners In Health: Rwanda. Partners In Health is an international health organization that works to uplift community health efforts across the globe, and we specifically benefit their efforts in Rwanda.
