Treat your taste buds to a multi-course dinner

 

For an engaging and unique dining experience, join Executive Chef Clive Berkman at the exclusive 520 Chef's Table at the Garden Court Hotel in downtown Palo Alto on Thursday, Jan. 21.

Berkman crafts a different dinner for the third Thursday, 6:30-9:30 p.m., of each month based on whatever might be inspiring him at the moment. Tickets are $155 and include a multi-course, one night-only dinner along with a starter cocktail, wine pairings throughout dinner and interaction with the chef.

Thursday's dinner is called "Comfort in Food," and will feature poached oysters and cream, grilled Opa with orange and sunchokes, braised Ox tail with dates olives and yams, beignets with caramel and chocolate ganache and more.
