Downtown Palo Alto's summer concert series will launch tonight, July 9, in a new location with a performance by Dutch Uncle, a Bay Area rock 'n' roll cover band.
The annual Music on the Plaza event will be held in King Plaza in front of City Hall, at 250 Hamilton Ave., on Thursdays through Aug. 13, from 6 to 8 p.m. Admission is free. Visit musicontheplazapa.com for more information.

"It'll be like a party on the plaza," Russ Cohen, executive director of the Palo Alto Downtown Business and Professional Association, stated in an announcement.
