• Music: Stanford Symphonic Chorus

Yes, holiday concerts are already beginning: Tomorrow (Nov. 18) at 8 p.m., the Stanford Symphonic Chorus joins the Peninsula Symphony Orchestra for a concert of American and English seasonal music. The program, which will be repeated Nov. 20 at 1:30 p.m., is in Stanford’s Memorial Church. Selections include Ron Miller’s “Illuminations” and Philip Lane’s “Wassail Dance.” Admission is $20 general, $19 for seniors, and $10 for students. Go to music.stanford.edu.

• Theater: ‘Noises Off’

Palo Alto High School’s theater department presents the falling-down-the-stairs backstage comedy “Noises Off,” by Michael Frayn at 50 Embarcadero Road.
