So sad, she would have had many more years of life, but got it snuffed out by a BAD driver.
Take time to think how you drive.
A car hitting a car is bad enough, but a car vs person...the person loses for sure.
Sometimes it's a tired driver, or distracted driver, other times drunk or drugged, but in the end, a person dies or gets maimed.
So, So SAD.

No info here about direction of travel or other circumstance, but note around 7 pm this time of year is just before sunset when even a good driver has a hard time seeing into the sun and must compensate by slowing down and being extra alert. Pedestrians and cyclists should be aware that a bad sun angle can make them invisible.
