PUBLIC AGENDA: Utilities Advisory Commission, Infrastructure Blue Ribbon Commission

A preview of Palo Alto government meetings this week

UTILITIES ADVISORY COMMISSION ... The commission plans to discuss the ongoing effort to place components of the city's electric utility underground and hear an update on the city's business plan for the fiber network. The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 7, in the Council Chambers at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.). View the agenda

INFRASTRUCTURE BLUE RIBBON COMMISSION ... The commission will continue its discussion of the city's infrastructure backlog and consider ways to pay for the items on the list. The meeting is scheduled for 5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 8, in the Lucie Stern Community Center (1305 Middlefield Road). View the agenda
