■ Art: 'Elements of Fire'

Ceramic art by Community School of Music and Arts faculty members Gabe Toci and Jonathan Huang is on exhibit through Sept. 25 at the school at 230 San Antonio Circle, Mountain View. ■ Music: Pamela Rose

San Francisco jazz singer Pamela Rose gives a free concert tonight (Aug. 22) at 6 p.m. with Hammond B-3 Merl Saunders. The event is outdoors on Main Street at Broadway in downtown Redwood City, part of the city's summer series. Call 650-780-7340 or go to redwoodcity.org.
