■ The Orion String Quartet

■ Film: 'North by Northwest'

The classic Hitchcock thriller "North by Northwest," starring Cary Grant, will be screened today (Aug. 4) at 7:30 p.m. at the Stanford Theatre, 221 University Ave. Palo Alto.
