■ Edible Landscaping Tour

A self-guided tour of local edible gardens and the Common Ground demonstration garden will be held Saturday (July 23) at Common Ground Garden Supply and Education Center, 559 College Ave., Palo Alto. Admission is $35. For more information, visit Common Ground.

■ Summer Pops Concert with Bella Sorella

The Redwood Symphony performs the "William Tell Overture," Haydn's Symphony No. 82 and a performance by Bella Sorella, soprano duo, Saturday (July 23) at 8 p.m. at Canada College Main Theatre, 4200 Farm Hill Blvd., Redwood City. For more information, visit Redwood Symphony.

■ 'Dog Day of Summer'

A free, dog-friendly open house with raffle giveaways for both canines and humans, dog obedience demonstrations, dog costume contests, pet adoptions, family Zumba, fitness center tours, a Kid Zone, massages and more, will be held Sunday (July 24) from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Oshman Family JCC, Jessica Lynn Saal Town Square, 3921 Fabian Way, Palo Alto.
