■ Art: 'Art in the Garden'

Gamble Garden at 1431 Waverley St. in Palo Alto is hosting "Art in the Garden," an art exhibition and sale featuring 20 artists who are inspired by nature. A dessert-and-wine reception and preview sale is set for tonight (July 15) from 7 to 8:30 p.m., with the exhibition continuing Saturday (July 16) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Elizabeth Murray, who was recently profiled in the Weekly and is the author of "Monet's Passion," will be demonstrating her painting techniques on Saturday. Admission is $25 on Friday and free on Saturday. Go to gamblegarden.org.

■ Music: Rosario Montoya

Tonight (July 15) at 8 p.m., Spanish flamenco pianist Rosario Montoya will perform with her flamenco group at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts at 500 Castro St. The show is called "88 Teclas de Pasion (88 Keys of Passion)."
