Tomorrow (June 30) at 7 p.m., Stanford associate professor of bioengineering and psychiatry Karl Deisseroth will give a free talk called "Using Fiber Optics and Genes from Algae to Solve Problems in Psychiatry." Held on the lawn outside the Cantor Arts Center, the talk is intended for the general public. ■ Film: 'The Green Hornet'
A free outdoor showing of the 2011 Seth Rogen and Jay Chou superhero film "The Green Hornet" is scheduled at Courthouse Square, 2200 Broadway, downtown Redwood City.
