■ Film: 'Asterix & Obelix'

Tomorrow (June 17), the French Film Club of Palo Alto presents a showing of the 2002 live-action film of the popular French comic "Asterix & Obelix." The movie will be shown at 8 p.m. after refreshments and socializing at All Saints Episcopal Church, 555 Waverley St., Palo Alto. Admission is $12 general, $10 for seniors and $8 for students with tickets bought online in advance, and $14/$12/$10 at the door. Go to frenchfilmclubofpaloalto.org.

■ Music: Dan Krikorian

Orange County singer-songwriter Dan Krikorian, who plays Americana, folk, blues and pop, performs tomorrow (June 17) at 8 p.m. at Red Rock Coffee, 201 Castro St., Mountain View. The performance celebrates Krikorian's new release, "Windsor Blue," and the musician is also raising money for his aunt, who has Lou Gehrig's Disease. Go to dankrikorian.com.
