■ Community: 'Breaking the Stigma: Teen Stress'

Adolescent Counseling Services is holding a free panel discussion, "Breaking the Stigma: Teen Stress," from 7 to 8:30 p.m. tomorrow (March 22) at Cubberley Community Center, Room H-1, 4000 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto. Several mental-health professionals are expected to speak. For more information, go to acs-teens.org.

■ Community: Baylands talk

Tomorrow (March 21) from 7 to 9 p.m., the League of Women Voters of Palo Alto is hosting a free panel discussion on issues that the Palo Alto Baylands may face in the next few years. The event is scheduled at the Lucie Stern Community Center meeting room at 1305 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto. Topics scheduled for discussion include the wastewater treatment plant, flood control and anaerobic digestion, with scheduled speakers including Palo Alto City Manager Phil Bobel and Deputy City Manager Steve Emslie.
