■ Student Symposium: 'Film Sound'

Film Studies 101 will present an informal symposium where students will read excerpts from their work on sound and cinema tomorrow (March 15) at 7 p.m. at Cummings Art Building, 435 Lasuen Mall, Stanford. Refreshments will be served. For more information, visit Stanford Events.

Dr. Lisa Chu will share her personal story of recovery from work addiction and how she discovered the healing power of music tomorrow (March 15) at 2 p.m. at Little House, 800 Middle Ave., Menlo Park.
