■ Music: A Juniper Jupiter

Tonight (Jan. 28) at 8 p.m., the Irish "folktronicacousticore" band A Juniper Jupiter plays a free concert at Red Rock Coffee. The cafe is at 201 Castro St. in Mountain View. For more information, call 650-967-4473 or go to redrockcoffee.org.

■ Music: 'Concerto Barocco'

The early-music ensemble Voices of Music performs a concert of Baroque concerti, with composers including Vivaldi, Corelli and Bach. Instruments are violin, cello, recorders and strings. The performance is at 8 p.m. tonight at the First Lutheran Church, 600 Homer Ave., Palo Alto. Admission is $28 general, $25 for members of the San Francisco Early Music Society, and $10 for students.
