"Writing and War" is the topic of the evening tonight (Jan. 24) when author Tim O'Brien appears in conversation with fellow author Tobias Wolff at 7 p.m. at Cubberley Auditorium, Stanford University. O'Brien, a National Book Award winner, has written eight books, including "The Things They Carried" and "Going After Cacciato." For more information, go to shc.stanford.edu.
