■ Art: 'Reconstruction'
Artist and photographer Naomi Vanderkindren exhibits her "photogenic drawings" -- collages of family photos, photocopies and drawings -- weekdays through Jan. 14 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The show is at the Clayman Institute at Serra House, 589 Capistrano Way, Stanford University. Vanderkindren states that photos can have "an accidental power of memory," affecting how we recall the past. For more information, go to events.stanford.edu.
