George W. Bush visits Facebook in Palo Alto

Former president makes Palo Alto the latest stop on his book tour

Former President George W. Bush marked Cyber Monday with an afternoon stop at Facebook's Palo Alto headquarters in Palo Alto to discuss his new memoir, "Decision Points."

Bush's visit to the Palo Alto-based social media giant included a discussion and a question-and-answer session with Facebook users and employees, according to an announcement from Bush's Facebook page, which has more than 611,000 fans.

The discussion and interview was streamed on Facebook Live starting at 2 p.m.

Bush's book discusses some of the most critical decisions of his presidency, including the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and his response to Hurricane Katrina.

I'm surprised he had the guts to show up in Palo Alto......I wish I'd known he was coming. I'd go just to protest.

Notice how he snuck in to town without notifying the local press.

He is a man of great character and Obama cannot hold a candle to him. Many of us long for a grown up back in the White House again.

You loser dems need to get over it. Bush is a great American. We're not even sure if Barry O is American. We need a President who can at least throw the first pitch over the plate!

Sports is what counts?

"We need a President who can at least throw the first pitch over the plate!"

Well, Dubya, traded Sammy Sosa, so that's a "swing and a miss."

And I don't think dubya can play any bball against the President. BHO would destroy him. Even with the 12 stitches from the weekend.

Heh. He'd spot him 10 in a game to 11.
