■ Art in Clay Ceramic Art Show & Sale

The Orchard Valley Ceramic Arts Guild will return to the Lucie Stern Community Center Ballroom in Palo Alto for its 10th "Art in Clay" show and sale this weekend (Nov. 13 and 14) from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 1305 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto. More than 50 Bay Area artists will present their newest creations at this event. For more information, visit Orchard Valley Ceramics Guild.

■ Tin Cat farewell show

Local folk/pop group Tin Cat will be performing its last concert Saturday (Nov. 13) at 8 p.m. at Red Rock Coffee, 201 Castro St., Mountain View. For more information, visit Tin Cat's website.
