■ Talk: U.S.-Mexico Relations

Alex Saragoza, professor of Chicano Studies, U.C. Berkeley, will discuss "The State of U.S.-Mexico Relations: Immigration, Drugs and Electoral Politics" today(Oct. 13) at 7 p.m. at the Los Altos Youth Center, 1 South San Antonio Road, Los Altos.
