• Children's theater: 'Androcles and the Lion'

The Palo Alto Children's Theatre presents a theatrical retelling of the Aesop fable "Androcles and the Lion" tomorrow (July 28) through July 31 at 6:30 p.m. The performances are outdoors, with hot dogs for sale, on the Roy A. Ginsburg Magic Castle Stage at 1305 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children. Call 650-463-4930 or go to cityofpaloalto.org.
