Clay and glass artists of all kinds will present their work at the 18th annual Palo Alto Clay and Glass Festival Saturday and Sunday (July 10 and 11) from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Palo Alto Art Center, 1313 Newell Road, Palo Alto. For more information, visit www.acga.net.

• Music: 'Ella Fitzgerald: America's First Lady of Song'

The 2010 Stanford Jazz Festival presents a night of music paying tribute to Ella Fitzgerald Sunday (July 11) at 2:30 p.m. at Dinkelspiel Auditorium, 471 Lagunita Drive, Stanford. Admission is $18-32. There will be a pre-show talk at 1:30 p.m. For more information, visit www.stanfordjazz.org.
