Three burglary suspects caught in Palo Alto

Palo Alto police arrested two men and a juvenile early Saturday morning after a deliveryman saw them inside Kirk's Steakburgers at Town & Country Village shopping center.

Police received a 911 call at 3:51 a.m. The deliveryman had spotted the trio running out of Kirk's, which was closed. He was able to provide descriptions of the three.

Police set up a perimeter, found them hiding near the Palo Alto Medical Foundation a short time later and arrested them, Officer Max Nielpko said.

Raul Ocha, 27, Javier Flores, 23, and a 14-year-old -- all residents of San Jose -- were charged with burglary.
