• PALO ALTO PLANNING AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION . . . The commission will hold a special meeting to discuss the 2007-2012 proposed capital improvement program. In the main meeting, the commission will hold study sessions on plans for expansion of theStanford Medical Center and Stanford Shopping Center. The special meeting will begin at 6 p.m. and the main meeting at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25, in the Council Chambers at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.). View the agenda
