PUBLIC AGENDA: Planning Commission, landscaping, wireless communication; Human Relations Commission Wednesday

• The Palo Alto Planning and Transportation Commission will discuss 1072 Tanland Ave., which will merge eight parcels for a proposed residential infill development. Then, the commission will discuss the Zoning Ordinance Update related to landscaping, wireless communications and storm-water-flood prevention. The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, in the Council Chambers at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).

• The Palo Alto Human Relations Commission will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 14, in the Council Conference Room at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).
