Prostitution sting nets seven arrests

East Palo Alto police announced Monday that a prostitution sting on Friday has resulted in the arrest of three female and four male suspects.

The sting was the result of numerous complaints about prostitutes in and around the area of Bell Street Park, police reported.

Police officials said that all those taken into custody could face a maximum fine of $1,000 and six months in jail.
