Build your own noodle soup at SH Noodle House in Mountain View

Uploaded: Dec 2, 2019
A Chinese restaurant with a build-your-own noodle soup menu is now open at 2101 Showers Drive in Mountain View, across from the San Antonio Caltrain station.

?SH Noodle House replaced Chilly & Munch, a Taiwanese dessert shop that recently closed. The owners could not be immediately reached for comment.

At SH Noodle House, customers can create their own soup adventure, starting with the broth -- choose chicken, pork or vegetarian -- and then their preferred noodle, spice levels and toppings, per a menu posted on Yelp. Vegetable add-ins include spinach, cilantro, achoy, basil, corn, tofu, seaweed and mushrooms. Protein options include pork belly, lamb, beef, shrimp, clam, scallops, squid, fish balls and imitation crab.

SH Noodle House also serves other dishes such as spicy eggplant, Hainanese poached chicken and rice, potstickers and BBQ pork over rice.

I went there for take out a week and. A half ago. The soup was very very good- unique flavor plus the advantage of adding what you want. I recommend this place.
Though I will add that I really liked the dessert place
