Say goodbye to Redwood City Indian restaurant Dhaba Xpress

Uploaded: Sep 30, 2019
Today (Monday, Sept. 30) is the last day of business for Dhaba Xpress in downtown Redwood City.

The Indian restaurant, which opened at 312 Arguello St. last spring, announced its closure on Instagram. Owner Nazreen Mohd Ayub said she hopes to reopen somewhere else, preferably the East Bay. She didn't say why.

Dhaba Xpress was primarily a take-out restaurant (hence its name) that also offered catering.
Democracy.
What is it worth to you?

Another one bites the dust!

This is contagious and has to stop.

Elena, if this doesn't stop, you are going to have to get a big increase in your expense account. All the restaurants left open are going to be $$$ and $$$$. :-(
