Couples: Mirror, Mirror on the . . . Fight?!

Uploaded: Feb 15, 2019
Here's an experiment to try next time you have an argument or fight:

Get two hand mirrors.

Hold the mirror in front of your face while you're having words with each other (so you see yourself talking rather than your partner). What do you see?

Notice what happens.

How do you feel in your body? What happens with your words? Your feelings?

Breathe deeply from your belly.

If you want, let me know how this experiment went.
Community.
What is it worth to you?
