In Defense of Food

Uploaded: Oct 16, 2015

It's been a busy week, which included a lot of apple pies and chocolate mousse (do you know how much butter is in chocolate mousse?) so part two of The Big Four has to wait till next week.

Until then - here's some Local Flavor - a free documentary screening happening soon on Stanford's campus

Hope to see you there.

In Defense of Food
Tuesday, October 20, 7-9 PM
Cubberley Auditorium, 485 Lasuen Mall, Stanford University

Sponsored by the Food Helix group.

Description from Producer: Join best-selling author Michael Pollan on a fascinating journey to answer the question: What should I eat to be healthy? Cutting through confusion and busting myths and misconceptions, In Defense of Food shows how common sense and old-fashioned wisdom can help us rediscover the pleasures of eating and avoid the chronic diseases so often associated with the modern diet.

But a little apple pie and chocolate mousse never hurt anyone, did it?
And this I will defend...

Democracy.
What is it worth to you?
