Jamey V. Padojino joined the Palo Alto Weekly in 2017. She edits online stories, compiles the Express newsletter and curates the Weekly's social media accounts. Jamey also covers breaking news. She was part of the teams that covered the college admissions scandal, fraud conviction of former Theranos CEO Elizabeth Holmes and missing persons case of a couple that survived nine days in the wilderness, among other stories. She also creates interactives such as charts, maps and quizzes.
Jamey, a Bay Area native, was previously the South Bay Bureau reporter at Bay City News Service. She graduated from the University of San Francisco with a bachelor's degree in communication studies and minor in journalism.
