SEASONAL CAMELLIAS ... Camellia expert Yuri Panchul will give a free illustrated talk on Sasanqua Camellias, which are now in season, at 7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 26, at the Veterans' Memorial Building, 1435 Madison Ave., Redwood City. MAKE A WREATH ... Christine Hopkins will teach how to make permanent "Christmas Wreaths" from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1, at the Arrillaga Family Recreation Center, 700 Alma St., Menlo Park.
